3X7 was engaged to do the alterations and addition of this heritage conservation area dwelling. The scope of works includes: load bearing structures demolition & modification, brickwork, carpentry, mechanical ventilation, electric & plumbing refurbishment, timber flooring, tiling, waterproofing, insulation, plastering & painting, windows replacement, kitchen & wardrobe joinery, stairs, intercom system, etc. 3X7 also completed external works included: heritage verandah, hardwood pergola, decking,roof restoration, rendering & painting, landscaping, paving, etc.
