Niblick Street Reserve is a soil remediation and landscape works. 3X7 was sub-contract project management to oversee the landscape works. The scope of works include site setting out, plumbing works, procurement of materials and fittings, concrete foot path, planting of shrubs and turf, edge-boards and mulching, installation of fittings and fixtures.
