3X7 was engaged to design and build this refurbishment project. This dwelling is located at Heritage Conservation Area, so the external is to be preserved without modification. 3X7 lodged a CDC for internal alteration and modification works. The scope of works includes: load bearing structures demolition & modification, asbestos removal, brickwork, carpentry, mechanical ventilation, electric & plumbing refurbishment, timber flooring, tiling, waterproofing, insulation, plastering & painting, windows replacement, kitchen & wardrobe joinery, stairs, CCTV & intercom system, etc. 3X7 also completed external works included: roof restoration, gutter and downpipes replacement, rendering & painting, landscaping, pool refurbishment, auto-gate installation, paving, etc.
