This kitchen refurbishment project involved structural modification works, which our client requested to remove existing stud walls dividing the Kitchen, Dining and Living. Structural Engineer has been engaged to design and support existing attic storage roof framing loads. The new kitchen works including plumbing and electrical services rough-in, windows replacement, new hybrid flooring, plastering and painting, Hampton style joinery and stone works. Kitchen appliances installed comprising integrated fridge and dishwasher, oven, external exhaust rangehood, induction and gas cooktop, zip drinking machine and wine fridge.
