This heritage terrace dwelling located at Zetland. The roof and heritage pediment was damaged by a tree directly in front of the property during a severe storm. DA has been lodged in to Sydney Council for the repair works due to heritage conservation item. 3X7 was engaged by the owner to repair the roof structure damages, heritage pediment piece, front balcony awning, balcony decking and balustrade, repair structural cracks, as well as interior refurbishment works. In order to repair the heritage pediment, 3X7 prepared and submitted hoarding application with Sydney Council, and completed the works, all as per compliance with Council's hoarding requirement and certification.
