This 900sqm residential dwelling interior design & build, decoration & landscaping works was one of the bigger project 3X7 successful completed at Shanghai, China. The project comprises of fully home automation (one of the earliest automation technology used) combination with underground thermal energy technology, to achieve prestige interior living quality. Underground temperature at Shanghai is constantly 17-18 degree at depth of 50m, using water flow in thermal exchange pipes to bring the heat/cool to ground surface during winter/summer, is an efficiency, clean and green energy that environment friendly. The underground energy has connected to hot water system, floor heating and air conditioning. All interior furniture have been tailor-made and hand-made to suit owner's requirement of prestige standard. A wine rack and cigar humidifier cabinet has been integrated into study room's joinery. 3X7 also design and build the 360sqm backyard landscape, with advice from Chinese Feng Shui master engaged by owner, to make sure the type of plants is beneficial to the owner family health.
