3X7 has been engaged to design and build the rear pergola and decking. The existing house is an U shape layout, in order to make use of the central non-levelled external area, 3X7 proposed to build a decking and pergola, so that this area could be fully utilised as outdoor dining and entertainment area. This design has been approved via a CDC process. The Owner also engaged 3X7 to refurbish the interior including Living room joinery (display shelf), bedroom wardrobe as well as refurbishment of a bathroom.
