After the Killara Studio, 3X7 has been engaged by the neighbour to build another granny flat, with pitch roof Hampton style design. This granny flat is built on a slopy backyard, with a set of new concrete stair, concrete slab and concrete footing, for bearers and joists and timber framing structures, with Hebel power-flooring. The granny flat cladding is JH Linear weatherboard, with aluminium windows and concrete roof tiles. Interior works including hybrid flooring, gyprock walls and ceiling, bathroom and laundry, Hampton style joineries to kitchen, bedroom wardrobes, living room cabinets and display shelfs, completed with air-con, electrical and plumbing services. 3X7 also has been engaged to carry out landscaping works after the granny flat completion.
