Tennyson Point residential is a nock-down-rebuild modern dwelling project. The project site is on a battle axe, steep slope waterfront land, thus the site accessibility and materials handling was very difficult. The dwelling is constructed with reinforced concrete slabs, full bricks and concrete flat roof. The interior of house completed with automation system, central air conditioner, gas fireplace, floor heating, central vacuum, background music, CCTV security and luxury finishes. A barge was engaged to transfer excavator and machines at earthwork completion stage.
